Looks like my Brew Buddy Mike and I will both be brewing All Grain batches this Saturday. Mike wanted to brew a Pale Ale and since this weekend is the only time I'll have to brew for a while we've decided to both brew on the same day. So I'll be brewing a Vanilla Chocolate Stout and Mike his Pale Ale.
The difficulty will be that we only have one set of equipment so we'll have to stagger our brewing. While one boils the other will be mashing. Should be interesting.
On a separate note, I kegged the Pumpkin Spiced Ale this week and it smells AMAZING. The flavor is really nice but the spice is a bit much. Which is strange since I even went on the light side of what the recipe said to use. I'm hoping that it settles a bit in the keg and while cold crashing.
Wish me Luck
