We brewed two All Grain batches. Mike brewed a Chocolate Stout and I brewed the All Grain version of a Belgian Wit I had made a while back. My first go at this Wit had WAY TOO MUCH corriander in it. No matter what I did I could not subdue the spice so I decided to brew a second batch of the wit. Once it's done fermenting I will mix it with the first batch to hopefully yield 10 gallons of a very quaffable brew.

I also added sweet orange peel to this piece of the puzzle hoping that it will mix with the coriander and bitter orange peel from the last batch to add some complexity to the brew. Needless to say I am very excited about this brew. Belgian Wits have become my favorite style as of late and I can't wait to have my own version.
My uncle joined us on this brew day as well as Mike's new girlfriend Millie. Hell even my wife and daughter came out to enjoy the nice weather.

All in All it was a Great Day that I hope will yield Great Brews!
Cheers!
